Another Weekend

This was a better weekend. Now we have some furniture and we feel more at home in our home. Now we can sit either on the bed, at the kitchen table or… drumroll…. the sofa! You would never believe how much you miss having a sofa until you try to live without one. Anyways we aren’t that lame… we did have a fun filled weekend, and it wasn’t spent just on our butts.
We hung out with cousins and they showed us around town. Jyvaskyla really is a beautiful place to live when it all comes down to it. We went by a greenhouse, went shopping, checked out some beautiful local spots, hiked up the Jyvaskyla ridge and spyed the city out of a water tower. Ate at a Mexican restaurant and checked out a local Finnish Metal band at the church. so all and all a good weekend. The most amazing part: TWO WHOLE DAYS without RAIN!
